What Is Wrong With Your MacBook Pro 16 (2023)?

Quick story! I went to a different place in Bend first and was quoted $109 for a tiny camera lens protector…. The little piece of plastic that goes over the actual lens itself. I was a little taken back at the cost of that. If needed I will pay it because it is what it is…. Then I remembered my friend told me about The I Phone Guy. Thank goodness I remembered. I walked in and he greeted me so kindly. It ended up being $20 and took less than 5 minutes. I couldn’t be more grateful. Times are hard right now and it needed fixed before the lens itself got damaged. As a small business owner I understand and appreciate kind people like this. Couldn’t be more happy and will absolutely go back with any other issues ever!

Honest, upfront and quality service as always. I really trust the iPhone guy as I have done business with him for a few years now.

I had a great experience with my iPad repair, they were courteous, prompt, fair priced with great communication. Would do business with them anytime!

My phone broke today. I've just started my small business recently and I absolutely needed to keep going. I really appreciate that he went above and beyond for me and helped me get my phone activated. He's got my business. Thanks again Nicholas for your service.

Local Buisness run by an Honest and easy going guy!

This guy is the best. He knows these phones inside and out

Was able to fix a volume button and just like new. Way cheaper than buying a new phone.

Quick, easy, affordable…very appreciated!

The iPhone guy is simply the best place for repairs and accessories. Always on time and always price competitive.

Wow! The iPhone guy delivered ! Fast, fair, accurate, kind.. and convenient- situated next door to Great Harvest bakery downtown Bend on Bond Street. Saved me a lot of money by performing a quick, perfect repair of an iPad that had taken a quick dip into the hot tub ~~~

Nick is great! Good communication and quick turnaround.

As always, went in for my screen protector replacement and the service was spot on. (I admit to dropping my phone often. Darn thing is slippery.) Quick, efficient, and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Love going here. Quick, professional, helpful, generous.

Great service, fast and quality work!

Walked in to get my iPhone repaired thinking it was one problem, only to find out it was a much less expensive minor issue. They could have taken me to the cleaners, but I was out in a few minutes. Exceptional diagnostic skills. I highly recommend and will return if I have any other Apple product issues.

Quick and precise service every time! Truly the best.

I'd been holding off on repairing my Apple Watch for years. Mainly because it wasn't serious, but also because not many vendors are capable of it. I called a few repair centers in Bend and none of them could help me. But The iPhone Guy was able to repair my Apple Watch on the same day! Fair price and easy to schedule and get a quote. Highly recommend him for any of your Apple device repairs.

Stellar service! The IPhone Guy has been our go to for years. We have full trust in the products and the service he provides. I would give the iPhone Guy an extra star if I could.

Always great customer service and very honest and professional about your phone issues. Always quick turnaround. Highly recommend to anyone who needs phone support.

Nick very positive. Very efficient. Solved mobile problem quickly. Reasonable prices. 5 stars.

The iPhone Guy (Nick) made the process simple, straightforward, and swift. He diagnosed my iPhone, quoted me before the work, and did not try to upsell. I picked it up about an hour later. 10/10 recommend.

Super professional, very kind, crazy fast!!! Shockingly low prices!! Would absolutely do business here again, if needed!!

Top-of-the-line service as per usual. I’ve had to use this man’s expertise more than once this time. It was a camera on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. He was done in a half hour such a great option to have when you don’t want to buy a new phone! I highly recommend over and over and over again!

Nick was very welcoming and demonstrated a calm and confident demeanor. He told me it would be a while because he’s backed up on requests but finished my repair within an hour and half. 10/10 absolutely recommend him

I cracked a camera lense on my iPhone 15 and he was able to replace it within the hour. Knowledgeable, quick, immediate and had the parts - a rare experience in iPhone maintenance. Plus they have easy parking right outside!

I cracked my old nice glass screen protector this morning. We walked into The iPhone Guy and they had a great tempered glass protector and placed it onto my phone perfectly! In and out in 5 minutes! Great customer service.

I've been coming here for years now to take care of all my devices, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. Every time, the team takes the time to explain exactly what's going on in a way that actually makes sense, no confusing jargon, no runaround. They've got a genuinely great group of people who know what they're doing. Highly recommend if you want a shop that treats you right and does the job well.
