Absolutely Brilliant. The Holy Triumvirate of: - Fast - Excellent - Inexpensive. My iPhone had been ran over by many vehicles but This Guy had it back up and running in less than an hour. Service w/ style & great big smile. Recommended.

Top-of-the-line service as per usual. I’ve had to use this man’s expertise more than once this time. It was a camera on an iPhone 13 Pro Max. He was done in a half hour such a great option to have when you don’t want to buy a new phone! I highly recommend over and over and over again!

I cracked a camera lense on my iPhone 15 and he was able to replace it within the hour. Knowledgeable, quick, immediate and had the parts - a rare experience in iPhone maintenance. Plus they have easy parking right outside!

I cracked my old nice glass screen protector this morning. We walked into The iPhone Guy and they had a great tempered glass protector and placed it onto my phone perfectly! In and out in 5 minutes! Great customer service.

I've been coming here for years now to take care of all my devices, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with them. Every time, the team takes the time to explain exactly what's going on in a way that actually makes sense, no confusing jargon, no runaround. They've got a genuinely great group of people who know what they're doing. Highly recommend if you want a shop that treats you right and does the job well.

Great experience with the iPhone Guy in Bend. I came in for a battery replacement and everything was handled quickly and professionally. There was a small hiccup with the screen (which he said rarely happens), but he fixed it right away and replaced it with no hassle. Super nice guy and really easy to work with. The downtown location is also perfect, you can walk around while your phone gets fixed. Would definitely recommend.
