Great experience with the iPhone Guy in Bend. I came in for a battery replacement and everything was handled quickly and professionally. There was a small hiccup with the screen (which he said rarely happens), but he fixed it right away and replaced it with no hassle. Super nice guy and really easy to work with. The downtown location is also perfect, you can walk around while your phone gets fixed. Would definitely recommend.

The IPhone Guy is hands down the best place you could ever take a broken Iphone. I found a smashed front and back 15+ year old generation 4 iPhone that I was hoping to retrieve valuable family pictures and video from. He restored it to like brand new condition and I now have 889 pictures and video I thought was lost. I really can’t say enough to explain how happy I am. The iPhone guy fixed my camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro Max in less than an hour. The price was also reasonable and my camera works perfectly again. I even spaced my first appointment and called him just a few minutes before. He didn’t get frustrated at all, just moved it to the next day. Super easy to work with and great customer service. Highly recommend.

The iPhone guy – hard to say enough good things! I reached out to him this morning by filling out some info about my phone issue on his website. He got back to me within one hour and asked clarifying questions to make sure that he was quoting me for exactly what I needed to fix the issue. He then got me in this afternoon and had the phone fixed an hour after I dropped it off. Through all of that his communication was fantastic. What really put it over the top, though, was an issue came up while he was repairing my phone – part of the wiring on the back of the screen separated in a way that made the screen no longer usable. When I was picking up the phone, he showed me the issue. I offered to meet him halfway on the cost of the new screen, but he refused – said it wouldn’t be fair since he had not disclosed that possibility to me ahead of time. So professional. So kind!
