Nick works wonders. And he is so professional. I dropped my phone in an irrigation ditch for over 20 minutes. The water was fast moving and quite deep. When I recovered (luckily) the iPhone, there was condensation on the camera lens and technical glitches as well. I brought it to him about two weeks later because he is 3 hours from my location. He is not only technically professional, but customer service professional as well. As we were waiting to pick up our phone, there was someone who was very adamant to drop off his phone because his driver was circling the block. Nick very calmly and kindly stated that he would be with him once he finished our order. And he also gave him options for other areas to park. Thank you, Nick… This did not go unnoticed. And thank you also for fixing my iPhone!

I have had two repairs done at The iPhone Guy, both experiences exceeded my expectations. The service here is fast and efficient. The person that helped me was very professional, polite, clear, and helpful. It very refreshing to have this service here in Bend. In a time when so many things are disposable, non-serviceable, actually getting something fixed well is awesome!

I had to get my back glass replaced. Did a great job at a good price. Got it done it the time it took me to go out and get a new phone case. Definitely recommend.

I am extremely satisfied in the work that was done to my iPhone. The crack on the back of the phone was extensive even to revealing hardware on the inside. The repair was able to be completed overnight. Everything works well and I am very confident it got fixed right. I highly recommend coming to him and his prices are fair.

Nick is seriously the BEST in IPhone repair! I highly doubt there’s anything he can’t do. My husband found him awhile back and when I had a tip from a cord stuck inside my phone along with another issue he called him immediately. I went in the next morning and a half an hour later my phone was fixed! I love my IPhone 10 Xs and I’m not giving it up! I had cracked the back of it awhile ago and it bummed me out so I asked him if he could replace that as well and he said “yeah; it’s what I do” and he showed me the Apple manufactured piece that he replaces them with. So I went back today and dropped off my phone. I saw that he was slammed today and yet he still said he would get it done. I love this guy. I thought about maybe saving a few $$ and buying a protective case on Amazon but instead decided to be smart and purchased one of the Altitude Cellhelmets at his store instead. I walked out of there today feeling like I have a brand new IPhone! I’m going back sometime soon to have him put in a new battery because he said that’s all it would need if I find I’m charging my phone more than twice a day. He gave me a discount today as a repeat customer and has offered me a discount if I choose to go back and replace my battery within 90 days! When I got home I told my husband and showed him my IPhone with my new case. I was just ecstatic and he was happy for me. After checking out my phone he was like “yeah; it looks great… I’m glad you took care of it… I told you the guy’s really good at what he does.” He also told me that I should go back next paycheck to take Nick up on his offer and get my battery replaced. So, it looks like I’ll be heading in again soon. Nick aka The IPhone Guy truly is the Best!!! I very highly recommend him and personally I won’t be going anywhere else!
