My iPhone battery was at 0% and wouldn't charge. Thought I was in for a new phone, then discovered the iPhone Guy. Online appointments (sweet!) with a $60 estimate for charging port repair, took it in and walked out in less than a minute with a working phone and no money spent, as it was just a clogged port. Felt stupid to not know that, but relieved and grateful for the education, honesty, and helpful friendly attitude. So glad to know the iPhone Guy is there, and will certainly return with all phone needs in the future.
