My iPd screen was broken, and the battery life was disappearing. The screen was replaced, a new battery installed and there were several issues that occurred afterwards. The necessary work required a couple of further fixes, which were done cheerfully, apologetically and very very promptly. I was very impressed by their service, their service guarantee and their wonderful followthrough. Very high marks for a difficult repair process.
