Nick works wonders. And he is so professional. I dropped my phone in an irrigation ditch for over 20 minutes. The water was fast moving and quite deep. When I recovered (luckily) the iPhone, there was condensation on the camera lens and technical glitches as well. I brought it to him about two weeks later because he is 3 hours from my location. He is not only technically professional, but customer service professional as well. As we were waiting to pick up our phone, there was someone who was very adamant to drop off his phone because his driver was circling the block. Nick very calmly and kindly stated that he would be with him once he finished our order. And he also gave him options for other areas to park. Thank you, Nick… This did not go unnoticed. And thank you also for fixing my iPhone!

I have had two repairs done at The iPhone Guy, both experiences exceeded my expectations. The service here is fast and efficient. The person that helped me was very professional, polite, clear, and helpful. It very refreshing to have this service here in Bend. I had to get my back glass replaced. Did a great job at a good price. Got it done it the time it took me to go out and get a new phone case. Definitely recommend.

I am extremely satisfied in the work that was done to my iPhone. The crack on the back of the phone was extensive even to revealing hardware on the inside. The repair was able to be completed overnight. Everything works well and I am very confident it got fixed right. I highly recommend coming to him and his prices are fair.
